What To Expect
Upon arrival, we will evaluate the condition of the asphalt and what needs to be addressed.
- We start by cutting back the edges of the asphalt exposing all sides for superior coverage.
- Next, cleaning the entire surface of anything that does not belong with wire brushing and agitation, including all cracks, moss spots, dirt, and other foreign substances on the surface.
- After we come in with high-powered blowers to completely clear the surface of any leftover debris that may still be there.
- Once we are fully prepped for sealer we will lay out carpet to avoid any footprints on the street while we transport material to the start of the driveway.
- Finally, we seal all asphalt by hand using a brush to leave a beautiful finish to your pavement.
After everything is set and done we will mask off any exposed areas with caution tape, and add our Two Brothers mark leaving a sign next to your freshly sealed asphalt! (Contingent on the work agreed upon during the time of estimate, all necessary cracks/ repairs will be addressed before seal coating.)
